If this recipe doesn’t SCREAM comfort food, I don’t know what does! This Loaded Mac & Cheese Casserole is packed with cheesy, meaty goodness!
1 tspbutter½ smallyellow onion, chopped2 poundsground beef1 tbspWorcestershire sauce1 tspsalt1 tspground black pepper½ tspgarlic powdercooking spray
8 (8 inch) flour tortillas
2 cupsshredded Colby cheese4 tspketchup, or to taste4 tspyellow mustard, or to taste4 tspsweet relish, or to taste1 poundelbow macaroni1 poundground beef1 teaspoonsalt1/2 teaspoonblack pepper1 clovegarlic, minced1 medium sizedwhite onion, diced2 15 ounce cansKroger diced tomatoes in tomato juice1 16 ounce bottlemarinara sauce1 cupshredded mozzarella cheese2 cupsshredded cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350.
Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat with the diced onion, garlic, salt & pepper. Cook until onions are soft and the meat is browned through. Set aside.
Boil macaroni for 8 minutes, then drain. Set aside.
Combine cooked meat, macaroni, diced tomatoes, and marinara sauce.
Spoon into a greased 9x13 pan and top with the two cheeses.
Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Enjoy!
