Tastes like cornbread-ish.
1 cancreamed corn1 canfiesta/southwest corn (drained. you can use plain corn too if the fiesta corn would be too much for your kids)1 boxjiffy corn bread1/4 cupmelted butter8ozsour cream2 cupsshredded cheddar, divided mixed in to your liking (i do 2 cups between what I mix in and what I use to top it)
Reserve about 1 cup cheese for topping. Mix remaining ingredients in crock pot.
Top with reserved cheese. Cook on high for about 2 hours or on low for about 8 hours.
