Chickpea Cookie Dough

• 1 can drained chickpeas
• 1/2 cup peanut butter
• 1/4 cup maple syrup
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Mix first four ingredients in food processor. Stir in chocolate chips. Enjoy.
